I was not overly impressed. Pre closing was not coordinated. They use a web system called qualia. It is a very helpful to tool, but not so if it's underutilized. It just seems that for my closing that the staff did not talk to each other. Closing took 2 hours when I've never sat through a closing that lasted more than an hour. There was even made mention to the buyer, "so you're buying at the top of the market." Who says that the someone who is excited about purchasing a home? I was floored
