I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Hamilton. He was quick to answer any questions and concerns I had. He was very professional and was able to achieve a favorable outcome for my experience. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of legal counsel!

I contact this office a over a month ago to discuss a legal matter brought against me. I live out of state and was looking for their help to get it resolved. I spoke with Dan Hamilton and I provided him all the details. I was very concerned about my situation and I explained I have minor children, I'm the sole provider and I can't risk having any unresolved court matters. He offered his assurance that he would look into the matter, provide me the specific details of what I'm being accused of and where things stand. At that point he said he'll better be able to see how his firm can help and we would take it from there. He agreed to call me the following week. I took this as an extremely kind jester. I was so relieved! I couldn't wait for the following week to come. I unfortunately it would come and go with no call from Dan Hamilton. I contacted his office at the tail End of that week and left him a voice message. I figured.. let's give him a reminder.. maybe he will call next week. Unfortunately , that week would come and go as well. I reached out to his office, I spoke with the receptionist (or whomever answers the phone there). I left a detailed message. They assured me with they would reach back out to me or Dan Hamilton. Unfortunately, the third week would come and go as well. I left another voice message for Dan Hamilton, I reminded him that he told me he would contact me with the details of the situation we discussed and that I was really expecting his call. I mentioned all the other attempts I made and I asked him to please Call me. Did he call? No he did not. I'm thinking geez.. why give me your word that you would look into something that's so important to my family then not even follow up with me. To my surprise, the phone rung and it was an attorney from Dan Hamilton's office. He told me Dan had asked him to reach out to me. I immediately got excited! I was ready to get the info I had been waiting over 3 weeks for! Did he have any info?? No. In fact, he called to tell me he can get the info Dan said he would provide BUT I would need to pay $200 for an hour of his time. Now, I understand everyone has to make money. However, if Dan wanted to charge me for the info it would have been more professional for him to tell me that from the start. He didn't tell me because he offered to provide the information and agreed to call me back with it and he made no indication or an advance payment being required. He's still entitled to change his mind.. maybe he was going to give me the preliminary details but decided that would take a little more effort than he thought. No problem. Why did he ignore my calls and messages, hold me up for 3 weeks and send someone else to charge me for the info you already agreed to provide? He could have just said, I want to help you. I know I said I would call you with this info but for the time it's going to take me to look into it I need to charge you a fee. I could then decide to pay it or move on abd not be help up nearly a month. Thumbs DOWN to this firm. I would not trust them at all.

Mr. Hamilton was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me resolve a landlord/tenant issue quickly and easily. I will be going to Mr. Hamilton for future real estate legal help. Highly recommend.

Spoke to Mr. Hamilton on the phone, gave him information on my case, he scheduled to meet with him. Sit down at the meeting Mr. Hamilton asked me personal question about me first, background etc. looked over all me evidence, photos, information all pertaining to my case also what or how much I was looking to receive from my damages. I spilled my guts out to him, then he told me he represents the landlord that I am sueing. SHAME ON YOU, MR. HAMILTON!...

MR HAMILTOM IS A GREAT ATTORNEY AND VERY HELPFUL HE HELPED ME ON A CASE WITH MY NEW LANDLORD WOULD USE HIM AGAIN HE MADE THIS PROCESSING GO SO SMOOTH THANK YOU SO MUCH DANIEL I WILL NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU DID FOR ME THANK YOU
