I'm extremely disappointed with the way this law office handled my case, and I feel compelled to share my experience. My initial interactions with intake and the office manager were respectful and professional, and I genuinely appreciated their courtesy. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once my case was handed over to the assigned case manager. In my experience, this person was rude, lacked empathy, and behaved unprofessionally throughout our interactions. Despite repeatedly telling them not to file a claim through my own insurance, they went ahead and did so without my authorization. When I tried to address the issue calmly and respectfully, I was met with hostility. I was even accused of lying and hung up on multiple times, which was shocking and completely unacceptable from a professional office. Because of this experience, I chose to terminate the attorney-client relationship and move on to another attorney. I expected far better treatment, especially after initially feeling confident in their services. This review reflects my personal experience and the serious concerns I had with how my case was handled.

This is the worst law firm ever. My accident happened in January of 2025. I have been given the run around for 11 months. They have consistently switched my case manager without notifying me of change making it super hard to get into contact with anyone about my case. I email and call and can never get a response. Anytime I call my case manager is "not available" and am told they will give me a call back which they never do. I have to call for weeks before I can get in touch with anyone. This is by far the worst law firm I have ever worked with and wish I did not have to pay them a cent of my money because none of the people who have worked with me deserve it. I was told I would receive my check in 7-10 business days after I signed my document. My document was signed within 5 minutes of it being sent to me with an email stating it was signed. My case manager reached back out and said ok she would be sending it the same day. When I emailed to follow up my case manager had never even sent my documents over to the adjuster days after it's been signed. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Everyone here has told me different information and I only settled because I am tired of dealing with them and never want to have to speak to them again or give them another cent of my money . Everyone I've worked with should be fired! They are not a good front for this company.

Lourdis called us and introduced herself and next thing you know I got called to sign paperwork in a settlement. She was not only a sweetheart but completely likable and trusting. Everything was detailed and broken down for us. So happy I got to work with this team.
