This isn't just a law firm, this is family. The people here are beyond amazing. John Hooven and Alexis have been Lifesavers for me and My Son. I can't say enough good things about these people. They were there for us when no one else was. They actually care And I Can't even begin to express how thankful and grateful I am for this law firm. They are the best in the business. Rafi Law Firm Review I worked with Alex on my semi-truck accident case a three-car pile-up that left both me and my daughter injured. Alex did a phenomenal job representing us. He was very direct and honest about what we could expect and what we couldn't, which I really appreciated. He fought hard for us every step of the way. The case took a few years to settle, but in the end, we reached an excellent agreement. I'm so grateful for his guidance and dedication.

UPDATE 2: You invoke privilege, then disclose client details. On 5/16/25 you withdrew & wrote, "please inform [assailant] to contact you and not my office going forward." You also told me to pick up the check from my assailant, which endangered me. Your reply now publicly accuses me of theft. False & defamatory. Evidence is posted & sent to the pending GA Bar complaint. After the original review, you told me to delete it or you would file a lien. He filed it, & they sent the lien with my home address printed at the top directly to my assailant - putting me in harm's way. Their response calling me "the problem" is egregious & false. They combed 15-year-old Google reviews to smear me & misstated those encounters to counter my review on them & it shows their incompetence & immaturity. The 5-star reviews here are fake. Their response has been forwarded to the GA Bar & only makes matters worse for them. To speak on facts, Mike Rafi lost a $1.5M settlement for a client because of TikTok conduct. He messes up his clients that have good cases. I had to beg Chris Stokes for updates. He went missing for months, then returned saying he had been on his honeymoon. That is tone deaf to a sexual assault victim & unprofessional. When I would not rush to court or take a low settlement, he brought in Mike Rafi and things escalated. After 2 years of little to no work on my case, the judge struck in my favor because the defendant never responded. At the last minute the defendant offered $25k. The firm tried to force me to accept or walk into court with no discovery, no medical records submitted, & no preparation. When I refused, they dropped me & told me to deal with the defendant directly. On 5/16/25, Mike Rafi wrote: "We received this email today. I do not plan to write back, so please inform [assailant] to contact you and not my office going forward." They later claimed they did not drop me & emailed Lisa Liang saying they did. The GA Bar connected me with an attorney who helped me obtain my settlement & close my case so their lien & supposed fees did not attach. For survivors: hire attorneys who investigate & prepare. I researched my assailant & found other women had accused him of similar assaults. Rafi Law did not find or use that in 2 years. Other ATL firms have recently won high multi-million verdicts for survivors. Rafi Law did not do real financial discovery on the spa. If the spa could produce $25k in a week, discovery could have done more. Telling me to contact my assailant & giving him my address is egregious. The war is not over on that. I stand by every word. I would give ZERO stars if I could. This firm traumatized me more than my assailant. For almost two years they pretended to represent me, ignored emails for months, missed deadlines, & withdrew two weeks before trial after I asked for a continuance because there had been no preparation. I begged for updates. My attorney told me he spoke to my assailant & said, "He seems like a nice guy, very concerned," & told me to "be the bigger person." There was no prep: no witness statements, no mental health records submitted, no damages defined. One week before trial, I begged for a last minute rehearsal in person even though I live out of state. I asked for a continuance. They refused to request it, pressured me to take $25k because they wanted the check to clear by Monday, referenced my assailant's marital & financial status, then retaliated when I advocated for myself. Mike Rafi replied all to the court that they no longer represented me, without even addressing me, then threatened me with costs & fees if I didn't delete my review. Look at the other reviews. I am not the first client this happened to. People are dropped when they ask questions & bullied by Rafi when they refuse to stay silent. Most of the negative reviews are from Black women. I see a pattern of disrespect. This firm revictimized me, traumatized me,& left me to fend for myself. In my opinion they are dangerous, careless, & unethical. Survivors, do not trust them with your trauma. You deserve better.

Ivy Edwards is phenomenal!! She has been efficient and timely with returning calls and emails. Very patient, caring, and compassionate when taking my calls at the cuff of closing. She's a jewel!!
