After being recommended here to talk over my case, they decided not to take it. My mom was at a nursing facility for 2 years and she fell out of her bed more than 3 times. She was unable to move and bedridden basically and she had no use of her muscles in her legs at all. It was strange to me how she kept on falling out of her bed. There were no rails and no safety measures in place. Thankfully, she was not seriously injured although she did have a wound on her hand and knee for awhile. I had pictures of this and sent them to the attorney and they don't think it's negligence??? I guess only if she died would it be neglect? Unbelievable!!!
