Up until now, I thought very highly of Morgan and Morgan of Georgia. The paralegal that has handled my case has been very respectful helpful making sure I understand everything and making sure that I'm comfortable with everything. Up until last week, I was under the impression that I had the same attorney representing my case, because no one informed me that the attorney that I have been working with for quite some time no longer works for the firm, and that my case had been passed on to another attorney. The attorney that has my case now has not made any attempt to contact me about my case there for I am not satisfied with Morgan and Morgan at this time. I shared my case with this law firm and thought they truly wanted to help me.. I was wrong. After providing everything they asked for, in my case it wasn't worth their time although they wasted mine . They had me signing documents and saying they would represent me. Why even take the case and wait about a month later to withdraw. They are screening cases. This is why people are skeptical about these large firms. The first attorney and the case manager were terrible to me. I faced hardship during the time of waiting for the settlement. The case manager didn't explain anything to me about my case. At the very end, the attorney and case manager were changed. The last case manager was great. I wish I had this team in the beginning. My winnings will only cover my rent, that's it.
