Zero progress and zero communication. I initially gave them a poor rating for ignoring me, but they promised to do better. They blamed the silence on having "too many cases." That was just a stall tactic.
I haven't received a response to my weekly inquiries for a full month now. It's been over 9 months total, and I have no idea what is happening with my case. This is the first and last time I will use this firm. Do not recommend.

Can't give the firm a 5star , my case has been passed around by multiple lawyers within this firm and still hasn't been resolved yet. It's been almost a year and I can only hope that it will be over soon. Last when I call I never talk directly to my lawyer which Doesn't make me feel 100% comfortable I feel like communication is everything in any line of business
