Great lawyer, great staff! I was very well taken care of here. I would use this law firm again and again. The whole staff is very respectful and empathetic. Would definitely recommend to anyone after an accident. They helped me with referrals to good doctors and checked in on me regularly. My case did last about two years (as expected), but I probably would have quit the case without their support! I did have another lawyer before I came to this law firm and I will just say you don't get this treatment everywhere.

Our son (7 at the time) was involved in an incident that made us think he was going to lose a couple of fingers. We had never sued anyone before or been involved in anything close. Alex and his team were amazing. They walked us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions no matter how ridiculous. Would've put a lower star if possible. A couple years ago I went with these attorneys, because they verbally stated they'd help had a great relationship with the hospital I was taken to. The father essentially stated they'd make sure I wouldn't have a large debt, since I wasn't at fault. My accident had left me with 2 broken legs at the time, and a totaled car. At the time they seemed nice, but really pushed for me to do a settlement before a hospital lien would be sent. They really stressed how imperative it was to sign for a settlement before the lien would be sent, and even rejoiced at the fact that I signed "right in time." Being as naive as I was in my early 20s I trusted the attorneys, because I thought that's what you should do. When asked why we couldn't push for more, the son, who mainly took over my case stated "I'm not going to make a beat bleed dry." Shortly after the person who was at fault ended up filing to get money out of my insurance and when I asked if there was anything this legal team could do, they stated "insurance companies get scared and will give them the money out of fear." So in turn, affected my insurance, when I did finally recover and start driving. Hoffspiegel honestly made me feel like I had to beg, and feel like they'd were doing me a favor to write a letter for my insurance to note I was not at fault. This is with all reports stating I wasn't at fault that to begin with...I'm finally writing this years later, because I was just recently in another accident, and with how this one's gone I genuinely regret not having gone with a different attorney my first time. Looking back it feels like every bill and document I sent felt like a waste of time. Part of me likes to believe it was just too big of an injury for them to handle, and that maybe they were too new, but with the amount of attorneys that reached out to me, stating all they could do... unless yours is minor, just please pray for peace with other options.
