I'm not sure whether the attorney would be able to help my family. I called because my 5-year-old was assaulted by her teacher and arrested today. This is a serious situation, and I know it will likely be on the news, so I needed legal representation. The person who answered the phone -- I assume the intake staff -- showed no compassion. Their tone felt like, "Let's get this over with," instead of offering support. When you're in a crisis like I am, that kind of attitude is extremely damaging. It felt like they viewed it as "just a job," and I was left wondering why I was even calling. If there is an amazing attorney behind the scenes, I wouldn't know, because the first impression was terrible. And for me, first impressions mean everything.

Reached out to this Law Firm about representing me. They said I may have a case and sent me some paperwork to fill out Well the paperwork and lawsuit had an expiration date. They never informed me or told me that, and the date passed. I would recommend using someone else more organized, with better communication skills.
