The gross incompetence of this firm is astounding. The firm knew the facts surrounding my case, and they decided to take it on. My case manager Nayeli emailed me earlier today, stating they had sent out a demand request just to later call me and say they're no longer interested in working the case. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who wants straightforwardness and truthfulness. And I'm aware a firm has the decision if they would like to take on a case or not. However I explained to this firm in details the situation and the circumstances and they ensured me they can handle the case. That's a broken promise that does not make me feel good about doing business with this firm in the future. I've declined other firms representation because I was ensured Durham would be able to handle the job. I'm not sure after they evaluated everything they decide the case wasn't worth their time however that doesn't make it right you'll spend 30+ days as if you're working on the case just to find out that actual truth. Misleading and not something I look for in doing business. 0/10 would NOT RECOMMEND

Durham Law Group earn a 5 Star, because just as I had began to have no hope, I received a call from one of the attorneys who told me to hold on and not to settle just yet. So I held on and some months later I received a big offer that I never expected. If you ever have any doubt about allowing Durham Law Group work for you, I'm a living and honest testimony. Let them work for you!

My cousin in Las Vegas referred us to Durham Law Group when me, my husband and my second child had a bad accident. We were rear-ended by a Ford Pick-up Truck which was obviously bigger than our Ford Escape. I was pregnant at the time of the accident and made me deliver the baby earlier than expected. Aside from that, I had right multiple rib fractures and a left lower leg fracture. Good thing, I still had a normal delivery. My husband fractured his nose that made his face so swollen because the Ford Escape's Steering Wheel Airbag did not deploy. My second child who is in a Front-facing Graco Car Seat had a left ankle sprain and wound. Our hospital & ambulance bills were too much to think of. We were so worried about the car insurance coverage of the one who hit us to be not sufficient enough to pay the said bills and our Attorney's fees but Durham Law Group made it clear to us that we will not pay any of those bills. And they said that they will try to reduce the said bills. At first, we were skeptical about how they will reduce our bills but, successfully, they were able to do so and me and my husband were still able to receive monetary compensation. Kudos to Michelle, Nayeli, Andre and Attorney Asia Lewis for giving our accident case their best! But right now, we were still waiting for our second child's bills to be settled. Hoping it will be settled soon.

I wish I could give less than the 1 star. No communication, attorney leaves firm, and I get no notice, para legal worked on case (Nayeli), did not know anything ever, and when she would go to the attorney and come back with... I will call you back, and never did. I guess since my attorney left the firm. To top it all off they got more money than me!!! The rumors are true!!!****AMMENDED*** Well I have to say I don't usually get an opportunity to say multi million dollar companies give a you know what about 1 person. But I will say that Durham has made it right. With the help of COO Preston Mueller's diligence, came back with, cutting their fees, and quickly so that I was compensated even more. I was surprised, at how quickly Preston went to work on this and that the firm ultimately made what was wrong VERY RIGHT. I hope I never need them again. But they will be my first call. Thank you Preston!
