This was my first time working with a lawyer, and Alex Chen was amazing! He guided me through every step, followed up on everything I needed, and clearly explained what to do. I really appreciated the service. In the end, I got my money back and was able to recover what I had lost!

My experience with this law firm -- specifically attorney Ross Warsett -- was very disappointing. Throughout my case, I experienced poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of follow-through. On multiple occasions he was disrespectful during our conversations and refused to provide me with my full client file when I requested it. I have documentation and recordings showing these interactions and have filed a formal grievance with the Georgia State Bar regarding his conduct. I also reached out to the managing attorney, Calvin Smith, to address these issues but never received a response. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this firm. I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions.
