DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER under any circumstances. They call like they are collecting a debt and making payment arrangments. But they dont keep their word and they surely charge your card without your consent. Im not going to write a long review here. I spoke with a Kim who stated I was going to pay X amount of dollars and then transferred me to someone else who said they would agree to 33% of my bill that is over 20 years old for Chevron. I have been trying to fix my credit so i agreed to this. Then they charged my card the full bill. Even after i gave them the names and dates of all the ppl i spoke with and the agreement that was made. They acted like they were going to listen to the recorded call. The 3rd person i spoke to assured she would resolve the issue but just never called back. They cant be trusted, im not even sure my actual debt was paid. Do not give these people a dime.

Brian Poe is just another shady attorney running a shady debt collections agency trying to collect on debts that are too old to legally collect. They will simply harass you and hang up on you when you ask them questions or to be transferred too anyone else and they berate, insult, and threaten you.

Another shady attorney who makes their money in collections. He and his company will harass you, threaten you, and do just about anything to scare you into paying debts that are legally too old to collect. Avoid this law firm at all costs. The man and his collection agency are a stain on society.
