Michael Barszcz was a true source of support and guidance during one of the hardest times in my life--after the unexpected loss of my husband. He handled everything with such kindness, professionalism, and care. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. He explained things clearly, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I always felt supported and understood. Knowing I had someone I could trust made all the difference. I'm so thankful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone navigating a difficult season.

Michael Barszcz is a top-notch first-rate Orlando-based attorney with decades of experience handling personal injury and medical malpractice cases and legal issues. Clients of Michael Barszcz benefit from him being both a doctor and an attorney which means he can quickly evaluate cases and give a realistic expectation right away. Michael Barszcz has handled a few cases for me over the years including car accidents and personal injury. I always felt he was being transparent and candid with me, and he truly cares about me, and all of his clients. Since Michael Barszcz is such a qualified personal injury and medical malpractice attorney he can choose which cases he wants to handle, and that means his clients get his full attention. In my experience with him, my cases were resolved efficiently and exceeded my expectations. Reading some of the negative reviews here about Michael perhaps declining to take on someone's case, I have to disagree with the sentiments expressed. Not every case is winnable, despite how badly someone wants it to be. But that's the great thing about Michael Barszcz is that he will absolutely be honest with you about your chances.

I have what I believe, after a great deal of research is a very open and shut case of medical malpractice or at the very least medical negligence. Plenty of evidence! I called the office this morning, and my phone call was answered by a female. Must be the receptionist mentioned in several other bad reviews on this site. She let me speak for maybe two sentences And then cut me off! She was very abrupt, rude, unprofessional, and abrasive! Totally agree with the other poor reviews on the site! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS OFFICE!

Client

I'm giving this rating due to the fact that through my preassessment or my free assessment for my claim which is a medical one...I felt very rushed and unheard by heard by this company. My case falls under 2 of the things they say they look into which is injury by a medical service and misdiagnosis with the wrong treatment... This may not be verbatim but check the site if you see things that would align with what you have a claim for you would think they would look into it more... The young lady on the phone pretty much rushed me off and shooed me away without really trying to hear the situation at hand. I guess if they feel like they can't make any money they don't waste their time listening.

They say that the best "thank you" that you can give someone in business is a referral. Well, not only have I referred Mike Mandeville to friends, I've referred myself- 2 more times! The first time that I was rearended, I was only 24. After 5 months of chiropractic care, I hit my MMI, & MRIs showed that I had 1 herniated & 3 bulging cervical discs. Since these were permanent injuries, I decided to get an attorney. Multiple people suggested Morgan & Morgan, but I liked the idea of the "medical doctor & attorney" as well as a small practice. I wanted an attorney who knew my name, my face, my injuries, goals, and what I wanted my future to be. Of course, I wanted the guy on TV, but after consulting with Mike Mandeville & him telling me how he and Dr. B built their practice & his experiences, I knew I had the right attorney. Realizing that neurosurgery was an extremely likely end result, it was scary to think of finding the best surgeon & other doctors leading to it. With a lot of uncertainty & pain induced stress, Mike & his team, made things move more fluidly. I had my discectomy by Dr. Masson 1 year & 3 months after my accident, and had a nice big check a few months after that. Mike & Dr. Masson gave me my future back. Fast forward 6 years, I was an EMT in Jacksonville and doing crossfit 5 times a week, which I never would have imagined, and I was rearended again. This time, it was my lower back & pelvis, and my EMT career was over. Though, Mike was amazing with my first case, I decided to go with a Jacksonville law firm. The accident, ER, imaging center, and my chiropractor were there. With the sudden career change, I moved back to Orlando, and hit all kinds of obstacles with finding doctors who would take an accident case from someone who had already maxed out their PIP & started care with others. The other attorney was useless. It didn't take me long to go back to Mike. It was a really tough case because the damage to my SUV was worth only $700. Mike connected me to Dr. Pavlik for chiro & Dr. Melvin for pain. While, I was not able to be made physically whole, my medical care and financial settlement exceeded my expectations. My second case was settled 1 year & 3 months after my accident. But that's not it. Despite putting extra brake lights on my big metal steel cage of a vehicle, I was rear ended for the third time. This time, I had a concussion, thoracic herniations, and 1 of my previous bulging discs became unstable & needed to be fused, not to mention agitating my other previous injuries. This time, I called from the accident scene. The driver who hit me ended up being uninsured & the car I was pushed into didn't have uninsured motorist coverage (police gave me 0% fault). Mike & team dealt with all of that with ease. Mike sought the full policy amount & the insurance company didn't even counter it. Mike negotiated my medical bills down as he did each time and I had my settlement check in hand 11.5 months after accident #3. At this point, Mike is like family now. I love running into him at UCF games, but I really hope I never need him again. But if I DO need a personal injury attorney, I'm calling Mike. Lord knows I send everyone else to him!
