paid my retainer and they kept sending me invoices to the point. I told him either use my retainer or give me a refund and withdraw from the case he agreed he got himself withdrawn and now he's refusing to refund me my money he stole $5000. Do not hire this company. as of yet he is still on as attorney of record because he is refusing to schedule a hearing for my objection to him being withdrawn. He is not an honest person he will take advantage of you. He'll take your money and then send you invoices and refuse to deduct from your retainer. I have asked them many many times to schedule the objection and they are refusing. I was told by the judge he is still listed as my attorney currently. When Wilson filed his motion to withdrawal he made false statements about me not doing what I was so do when I did. Wilson missed all 3 of our appointments and he said it was me that missed all 3 of those appointments. So that is why I said he lied, because he did lie on his petition to withdraw. I paid in 2022 and he did not file until 2024 and he did not file everything. They deleted my client account immediately so I was unable to get the information from there. Now they want me to pay more $$ to email me what I already paid for. They are not happy that I am speaking to my experience and truth. Because others should be aware of their business practices. The whole reason of a retainer Is to pre-pay the services. So after I pay my retainer, I do not expect to be harassed continuously to pay invoices with interest charges already attached to the invoice. They stressed me out so bad took advantage of me, knowing I have medical issues. I have severe heart issues And all the stress from them sending me invoice after Just isn't fair. At the hearing attorney, Wilson did not disagree. He would send me a refund to the judge. When his office notified me, they would not give me a refund that is when I did an objection To withdraw. As of date attorney, Wilson will not set a hearing.

Paid my retainer for Wilson's fee's, they hounded me to pay invoices refusing to deduct from my retainer, Wilson agreed to withdraw himself from my case due to this reason in exchange for a refund of my retainer, Wilson was withdrawn, and then he stole my money by refusing to refund my money. He missed all 3 of our appointments, he lied to the court about why he was withdrawing, the court would not hear from me so he got away with stealing my money. Now I have no attorney for Probate nor can I hire another attorney as he took all my money. David Wilson Attorney office is bad. Communication from them is horrible. Had to go in person many, many times to get their attention, action on the case. He does not stick to his end of the agreement. I now have to take him to small claims court to recover my money.
