The pt professionals were attentive and knowledgeable I am not going to lie. I have a 16 month old baby and my husband had her in the lobby during my last appointment and she had was crying. When I came back to my following session the receptionist told me that she can't be around if she cries again because it is distracting for her and she can't work on the phone. Absolutely unprofessional to have received that kind of treatment from an office staff member. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this place and will seek physical therapy elsewhere where my baby is not banned. I hope the owner reads this and is aware of how bad I was treated!
