Terrible Experience, Avoid this Jacob & Davis at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney. Their level of irresponsibility and negligence is shocking--communication was nearly nonexistent, and they showed zero regard for client care. They were unprofessional, rude, and completely disinterested in my case. Worse yet, their lack of attention and poor customer service could seriously jeopardize your legal matters. If you value your case, I strongly advise against working with them. Save yourself the frustration and potential legal consequences--look elsewhere for competent and respectful representation.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this firm. I scheduled a consultation to discuss my bankruptcy options and to carefully review my financial situation. However, I was dismissed almost immediately. I was not given the opportunity to explain that there were likely errors in the intake form -- the attorney cut me off repeatedly and insisted that I "only qualify for Chapter 13," without allowing a full review of my real numbers. After seeking independent advice, it is clear that my case was not even properly evaluated. I later learned that attorneys typically earn significantly more from Chapter 13 cases (often thousands of dollars more in fees collected over time) compared to Chapter 7. Whether this financial incentive influenced how my case was handled, I can't say for certain -- but it left me feeling like I was being rushed toward a more expensive option without a genuine, client-centered analysis. Clients deserve to be heard, to be treated with respect, and to be given thorough, individualized evaluations. That did not happen here. I would strongly caution anyone considering bankruptcy to seek a second opinion from a firm that is willing to listen fully before recommending a course of action.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm. Their lack of responsibility and communication is astonishing. Despite my repeated efforts to reach out over the course of a month, they failed to respond to any of my inquiries. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since they continued to send invoices without providing any of the promised services. To make matters worse, they didn't even show up for the court appearance, leaving me completely unrepresented. It's shocking to see such disregard for client needs and professional commitments. I would strongly advise against working with this firm if you value reliability and effective communication.

Jacobs and Davis did a great job , as my wife's case was dismissed . I am using them again for myself. I would definitely recommend this law firm. A++ rating!! I would also like to add their rate was extremely reasonable and they worked with me due to my financial situation.
