I use MetLife Legal Plans through my employer and have had positive experiences with many attorneys over the years. Unfortunately, this was not one of them. Every small change to a standard document -- even something as simple as rewording a line -- was quoted at an additional $300+ per hour. The interaction felt impersonal and overly focused on fees rather than client service, so I decided not to move forward. I'd recommend exploring other attorneys within the MetLife network who may be more collaborative and client-friendly.

(Plus if legal advice is needed the attorneys can seamlessly be hired). With several local locations, they can accommodate closings at a convenient location. A great title company will prepare ahead, keep the agent and client in communication proactively and they will host a professional and highly competent closing.
