Best experience from beginning to end of an unfortunate incident. Paola R. and her team fought tirelessly for my rights after being treated unfairly and misjudged by my insurance company. Throughout the entire process, I felt secure and protected with Morgan & Morgan. Their service was impeccable, and I truly felt surrounded by people who cared about me and my well-being. Thank you for protecting my rights. Thank you for standing up for those who are harmed unfairly and for working to change a system that too often rewards the guilty and punishes the victim.

9/5/'25. 9:53 am. This review is about Morgan and Morgan in general and not about this specific location but on sunday 8/31/'25 I went to there website and I submitted information about a potential multi-million dollar breach of contract class action lawsuit against my ex union. They called me on Thursday, September 4th., 2025 at about 1:25 pm, to talk about it. Over the course of 30 minutes they hung up on me four different times while I was talking to three different people explaining my situation. By the way, they never called me back between those 4 hang-ups. I had to call them back every time!! Very unprofessional. Finally they called me back on Friday, September 5th, at 9:30 in the morning to tell me Oh, we can't help you with it. Really? So it took you almost 20 hours to do that?? By the way they never sent me any emails about this either. How rude and unprofessional and possibly incompetent are the people at this law firm? That's what I'm wondering. Bottom line: I wouldn't use them for anything and maybe you shouldn't either. Unless you want to get treated like that. It makes you wonder what else they are going to do, or not do, for you. By the way, don't believe all the hype on their recorded lines when you're on hold, saying how they take care of the little guy. Yeah okay, like they took care of me, right? Note: I must put a disclaimer in here since they are a law firm. This is only my opinion and your opinions, or results, may vary. But this is what actually happen to me. Take it for whatever you want. Final note: it's ironic that when you look at the second screenshot, it says about how they "take care of the people or orlando". Like they took care of me, right?

I called first, generic questions. Put on hold to be said no too. Did an attorney even hear from that person? My mom went into the office in Tavares and it was all no buy the secretary. Really. Seen the faces all my life here, very disappointed in their logo

Great experience throughout the entire process. Although I wish the accident never happened Morgan and Morgan made it more tolerable.

Excellent firm staffed with some truly outstanding lawyers and Paralegals. I live in a different state of where my accident happened, but it wasn't an issue at all. I was always kept in the loop of what was going on with my case. If I had questions or concerns at anytime, I would just need to send a text or email and Brittany would always respond quickly. If she didn't know the answer to my questions she would tell me and then get the answers within a day or so. Paul and Brittany were always truthful with me, and honestly that's all I truly want is the truth. Choosing Morgan and Morgan was by far the best decision I've made since my accident. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to. You're in the best hands with Morgan and Morgan. Wouldn't go anywhere else again.
