I've had two cases with them, and each time, I've been handled with the utmost respect and all the other things I mentioned above. I was in an accident July 15,2023 I was hit by a careless bus driver . I called multiple law firms but winters and Yonkers call me first. Chris , Sara, Tony , even Ms. Debbie , they all were really great and helpful , from start to finish they were behind me and I truly appreciate them , I finally closed my case this year , after 2 years of suffering and pain I feel like I got a some what reasonable amount, would I use them again if I needed to ? Yes , and I would request the same team , although sometimes I felt like I wasn't getting the information I needed and at time I felt I wasn't getting bothering them by calling . But I will say my patience was key to my case being resolved smoothly but also this was my FIRST car accident and I didn't know what to expect nor how the process went and they made it a little easier for me but my anxiety is what kept me on edge. Overall they helped me out and got my case settled outside of court which was a good thing.

My first time using thus firm and I strongly recommend winters and Yonkers, the paralegal Laura is #1 she is very professional and takes care of everything , to make one's life easier !! The attorneys were great and if I ever need legal representation ever again this is who im using !!!

I was in an accident last year June 2024, and Trevor and his team represented me. They kept in contact with me throughout and ALWAYS responded to my calls and emails even as I live out of the county.
