They were fantastic without this law firm I don't think I would have won my disability case. They were there every step of the way. So caring and understanding. Called me back every time and answered every question I had. They helped me so much and were so reasonable with everything. I'm working with them now and so far communication with Rita has been great. I got declined once and hoping labovick can help. I have crohns disease, 4 fistulas and an ileostomy bag. I worked through 10 years of pain unable to get the proper treatment and now am underweight and can't work 8 hour days. Hoping for the best.

Additionally they explained everything to me step by step so that I could understand this meant a lot to me for them take time to explain. And in down time we talked about football/basketball games, ferret, skunks and colors making me know I was among great attorneys but also ordinary people. And this made me feel comfortable and know they really care about me. I have been interviewing various firms to represent me with regard to my disability claim. After my initial interview with the LaBovick Group I ended the process. While the "evaluation and acceptance" process is pretty much the same for most firms the LaBovick Law Group outshined the rest immediately. The person who 1st took my call at LaBovik was Sunshine, hands down the most personable, attentive, helpful person out of all the firms I interviewed, second to none. First impressions mean a lot to me and apparently to the Labovick Group as well because they clearly hired the best to be their outward facing person. The Labovick Group was the only firm that was able to answer my questions related to the process, and my specific circumstances, before me agreeing to be represented by them. I had just gotten through with 2 interviews before I contacted the LaBovick Group. The 1st group told me they didn't have an answer for me, but once I was assigned an attorney I could talk to them. NO, why would I agree to representation and then wait and see whether or not you could answer my questions? The 2nd firm was a bit more accommodating, at the least they said an attorney would be able to contact me within 24 - 48 hours, this was acceptable because the paperwork would be mailed to me. Side note, as I write this there is an envelope from another Law Group that contains the paperwork for me to sign agreeing to be represented by them. The letter to me does not even have my last name spelled correctly after I made it a point to ensure it was done so, you can see by my name it is prone to being misspelled. But get this, they had my first name wrong. SMH With regard to my questions, Sunshine asked if I could hold while she contacted Jennifer Hinchey who is the lead attorney for the division. Within 2 minutes I was connected with Jennifer who not only took the time to answer my questions, she also took the time to further explain the process and how it would be handled by the Group. Who does that? A good Law Group that is who. I had Sunshine send me the paperwork via DocuSign immediately after my conversation with Jennifer. I cannot stress this enough, shop around, ask questions and go with who you feel will represent your interests. I did and I found the LaBovick Group, at this time I believe they are in the best position to represent me. I will review periodically as the process moves a long.
