This man is one of the most stand up guys you will ever meet. He's sharp as a knife and so caring. Me and the wife had a horrible situation with our home. This Lawyer was hired on October 11, 2024, he did not follow through and did not know the lawyer that work for Kin, he had said we would not need to attend court to my surprise I waited a year having a ruin roof and internal crack inside the home. I was foolish to hire me when I had Ian he had me paid for Bio Metrics without consulting me about a bill that the insurance was suppose to pay, I believe this was a strategy, he use to stick me with the bill..I was cited by HO A you would think Mr Leonard would do this free, but he wanted 500.00 dollars when it was his fault and never even mention Bio metrics until the we completed the deposition and he got paid he was not honorable as I thought my insue too his long time having me wait for Garage damage, he acts like he is very caring be careful, he left me with catastrophic damages. Never returning my calls and I had surgery in back and foot. He collected 28,0000 and my Ian check was low balled many errors ,I feel he needs to hire a case manager or a paraprofessional. I had to fire him...just so you know he is very money hungry when he charged me in Ian to stop HOA from any harassment. Lawyer can't sue lawyers, but leaving me unsafe with my son can also happen to him for his lying that two check were paid by him. I kept calling for the adjuster report when Kin close my case the first week. Than he acts cynical instead of apologizing..God gave you a gift, but you was lying that the two small checks gave from you. My husband email him and he did not explain how he paid for checks that had Kins name what a deceptir. His adjuster never send his report he believes people are naive. I know that two wrong does not make it right, but I hope a storm passed by his home and destroys his entire garage and roof and cracks his walls, but sun died and was revived, I kept telling him no ventilation he is not as nice as he tries to come across..you cannot sue a lawyer with a next lawyer, but place a complain with the bar association would be your first step. He was not aologetic..He planned this out my bank did not want to change this check advice me to look further to his story. I had to go to another bank for a small checks that was for interest and second depreciation and a made up story that I had the same problem when I fix my own soulfut he did not even have all the paperwork or photo when the judge or arbitrator ask, we did most of the talking about our damages..
