Gary, Williams, Parenti, Watson, Gary & Gillespie, PLLC Does not complete their settlement cases. It's been a year and they still haven't disbursed the total settlement. Tried no stars but required one. They do not answer emails, return calls, voicemail inbox are full. They are keep the money, that does not belong to them..as stated in the statement.

Would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I was told over a year ago that I would receive money for my dad's brother in the tobacco lawsuit case. I never received it. Finally, I received a call from Charles Scott 2 weeks ago that he was sending papers to sign. Still have not received anything, and no one will return my calls. This is not a way to treat clients nor a professional or legit law firm. Find someone else.

Very pleased with the results I received once I signed on with this firm. I had been dealing with the VA for years and been denied on several occasions for care for a disability I received while on active duty. After just a few months on the case, Charles Scott and his team accomplished what I could not do on my own in years. Excellent client communication and follow up. I highly recommend this law practice!

Wasted so much of my time. Stay away from this law firm! I was misled by Charles Scott jr! He gave me false information and let me to believe I was going to receive $10,000 for my my uncles lawsuit against the tobacco industry. His goal was to get the settlement money of $50,000. He lied to me to make me believe I was going to receive money, also as the personal representative. He gave me misinformation, he told me the wrong amount that was going to receive I was signing documents for a year even when I had an emergency with my son in another state I was looking for places to get documents notarized I also signed closing statements that were untrue. I'm not going let him get away with this. Mr Scott needs to be informed before making false statements to his clients. He is misleading them and is very deceitful ! I am not going to let him get away with this. He is also unreliable! Numerous times I wanted to find out what was going on. I was unable to get a hold of him he would not respond to my emails or phone calls,! His assistant Chelsea also lied to me on many occasions, I'm filing a complaint with the Florida Bar Association and Complaint Board. This is definitely not a reputable firm! Don't waste your time!

Used the firm for a personal injury case in 2008. Was able to settle out of court and received a substantial cash settlement. The firm was very helpful from start to finish and even helped negotiate the doctor costs after my case settled. I highly recommend this firm and will definitely use them in the future if the need ever arises. I refer all my friends to the firm
