It has been a year since my case has been settled. It have take me a full year to heal from over 4 years process of our homeowners insurance claim. Long history short we lost our home due to a vehicle crash on 2020. I'm going to put apart all negative things I stored on my heart from that insurance company and I will focus my review in the amazing treatment I received from Jon and Marina. Jonathon Douglas and his team were amazing helping us to fight the insurance company to replace our roof (by law). He was always prompt on our meetings, knew how to negotiate, explained everything very clearly in layman's terms, he wasn't smarmy and we could tell he wasn't trying to rip us off.
