My family and I were on our way home from the store, 2 little ones in the back and my husband in the front. In a moment our whole life changed. A driver came at us from the side and hit the car. The first thing I thought about was my family and all the expenses. We couldn't afford the time off of work and damages to the car. That as until an attorney at John Bales helped us out. We made a case against that driver and won. They helped us get our lives back to normal. And during this pandemic we faced enough hardships. So I'm more than happy to talk about how amazing, caring and helpful the people are here.

John Bales is hands down the BEST! I never felt like a number on a court docket, and they always took time to make sure I knew exactly what was happening with my case. Going up against a commercial insurance company felt scary, but they handled literally everything and got me the compensation me and my family needed.

John Bales hired my small business to do work for him after giving him a written estimate that he signed. After completion of the job he decided he didn't like a portion of the contracted work and refused to pay $500 of the bill. We handled the issue to the satisfaction but he still refused to pay the $500 and NEVER DID. I would never give my case to a person that operates in this manner. Is it OK to beat a small business out of $500 just because you were an attorney! He seems to think so.

This particular Law Firm is really amazing, they are extremely efficient and very reliable! I was in a car accident and they were able to take complete control over my legally affairs, they referred me to the best treatment facilities and communication between their staff and i was phenomenal.
