The staff were receptive, professional, and very helpful in assisting me with locating specific information related to my revision of my estate plan.The process of replacing information in my estate plan booklet was uncomplicated and easy., My only suggestion is that all staff synchronize a client's preferred e-mail and phone number. I believe this action will further facilitate and expedite communication between the firm and the client.
