I was never involved in the criminal justice system before and was counting on Martina to guide me. She failed miserably. Extremely poor communications on numerous occasions where I was scheduled for court the next day and still did not know if what to do as she did not call or email. I had to make numerus phone calls and emails to her office to get an answer. She also ignored my emails when the court sent me notices and I forwarded the notices to her asking what to do, My impression is that her method of operation is to take my money and dispose of the case as quickly as possible despite what was in my best interest.

I called her office and spoke 3 times to people who work for her and also gave my email. Not one return call or email very unprofessional

Definitely the best divorce attorney. She was well versed in the law of family court system. Handled everything the way it was warranted. Would retain her for stuff I got going on now but 1 I still owe from divorce and two I don't have the funds to retained her or believe me I would

She is by far one of the best lawyer's I have spoke with about my case, even though it was not in her scope of practice she took time to listen and help me and my wife through difficult times. I am eternally grateful I hired Martina based on her reputation; there is not enough "good" that can be said about her. I felt it the first time I met her. She is the perfect combination of being a good listener, very competent, honest, hard working, etc., but she goes way beyond that. She listened and understood my circumstances/situation. She believed in me, treated me with respect in spite of my charges, and fought hard for me all the way; she really takes care of business. She was very aware the outcome would affect the rest of my life. She didn't give up, didn't take the easy way out. Also, It was obvious that everyone in the courtroom liked and respected her.
