After settling my case, my wife raised concerns about the distribution of the settlement funds and was met with disrespectful and degrading language. This lack of professionalism is entirely unacceptable. When I reached out to Christina regarding the behavior of her paralegal, she took no accountability or apologized. This response further confirms my belief that she considers such behavior acceptable. Initially, they present themselves as friendly to secure your case, but their true colors emerge later. I am extremely dissatisfied with the professionalism displayed by paralegal Jessica at Christina Kailin Law Firm. When I raised concerns about the funds being dispersed in my husband's settlement, she became defensive, which raised serious concerns about their practices. Her behavior was unprofessional; she used foul language and even said, "I don't want to be a 'B,' but please let me know where you got your law degree from." It's shocking that a law firm allows such disrespectful communication from their staff. To make matters worse, she ended the call by hanging up on me. I highly advise against working with this firm.
