The Morris Firm

A friend of mine needed a good attorney as the state was trying to bury her and the public defender didn't seem to care. My friend could not afford a private attorney but after seeing what the state wanted to do to her and knowing the sheriff's department had conducted an illegal search of her vehicle in her driveway without a warrant I decided to help her hire Brandon. From the start he was professional and gave us hope. A couple months went by and Brandon called her and said he had requested to see all of the evidence and then all of the sudden the charges were dismissed. The money we paid to Brandon was without a doubt the best money myself or my friend had ever spent. Thank you Brandon you literally saved my friend's life as well as her son's life.

Told me he'd be able to get my DUI( which I had no alcohol, had not been drinking, was arrested for refusal of field sobriety test and charged w/dui for refusal of breathalyzer, blew zeros 4.5 hours later in jail, and only did the breathalyzer because they refused to release me otherwise, even though my bail was payed) knocked down to a wet reckless or something. Didn't show up for me in court, found out late the evening before day of court that someone he knew would be there instead. No communication about case, no updates, nothing, even when called, or texted. Showed up to court with basically no representation, was charged with dui, went to JAIL for 3 months, license revocation, a year of probation, fines, and community service! 6gs gone. Don't burn yourselves, pick a different one.

Mr. Morris was amazing from start to finish. He walked us through the case and process at the beginning and was easy to communicate with throughout. He was able to get our case dropped by the prosecutor without a problem. We hopefully don't need an attorney in Santa Rosa county again but If we do he is our guy. Thank you Brandon!
