Their strategy has only escalated my legal challenges and their approach seems designed to maximize billable hours. They have been unprofessional and unprepared during meetings. They have acted without informing me the scope of what is involved, stacking up billable hours without communicating with me why, and when I email them questions, days and days go by without a response, but in place of a response, I get and invoice.
