I just wanted to update my review since it's been a while. It's been years since my case has been settled. I went to Kevin's office after an accident that my daughter and I were involved it. She was only a toddler at the time, it was a very traumatic experience for all of us. Kevin handled my case amazingly! He fought for my daughter and I like we were family, and to this day I keep in contact with him and Kelly! They are so hard working, dedicated and caring. So many of these big law firms just treat you like a case or a check, if you want to be treated like a person who deserves the best representation possible there is NO ONE better! Don't settle for one of these firms that doesn't know you, go to someone that will treat you the way they would treat family! I've had to interact with a large number of personal injury attorneys all over the country as part of my work for a previous employer, and Kevin Hausfeld and his team are hands down the best. He is knowledgeable, competent and hardworking. He handles each case with integrity and will fight for what is fair and just on the behalf of his clients! He has handled the cases related to my motor vehicle accidents and has gone above and beyond what is expected. His staff is very knowledgeable, relatable and caring. Kelly is amazing!

Very disappointed. It's been Two years come next month and I finally got to speak to him again about a month ago. My case still hasn't been resolved and I'm just wondering did I fall between the cracks of a no brainier case of drunken hit and run while I was working my work vehicle. She got arrested and I got issues that I still haven't returned to work. In the end the atty will want his money and I'm looking at very little to nothing due to trusting this firm. When my case is finished then I'll see about changing my rating until then I stay broke, in pain and just let down.
