This is a bit late, but I wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate and thank everyone from your office and all the lawyers and all the clerks that helped me with this matter. Everyone was very nice and available to speak with from the beggining when I submitted the report of my crash until the end.

The Morgan law group have been the worst experience I have had with an attorney 's office. Two months after purchasing my first home, I had a pipe burst and flood my kitchen. Insurance company didn't want to pay, so I got a public adjustor (great people) who hired these clowns. In the TWO YEARS since the litigation ended and settled, they have dodged calls, made false promises to call me back, given 0 email correspondence, and refuse to get me my settlement. I am still currently (as of NOV 17th 2023) trying to reach them to come to a resolution to no avail.

Our condo in Panama City Beach was damaged by hurricane Michael in 2018. Our insurance company decided they weren't going to pay what they were obligated to pay. The Morgan Law Group was hired by our public adjuster, Noble Public Adjuster Group, to negotiate a settlement with our insurance company. Our attorney, John did a great job keeping us updated on the progress of our case and settled it for much more than I expected in a very reasonable amount of time; about 6 months from start to settlement checks in hand. John, Stephanie, Laura, Arelys and the rest of The Morgan Law Group treated us with respect, were always professional and ALWAYS returned phone calls and emails promptly. I hope we never need to use these services again, but if we do, The Morgan Law Group will be our first choice for representation.
