Brian D. Hess

He has no integrity at all. He has continued to mishandle the probate for my deceased brother. He was given money to pay off all debt and to this day has not paid it off, nor has he taken the state to probate. My brother passed in August of 2014, and 8 years later, it is not resolved. He basically has stolen the money given to him. The family now has been told to call the Florida Bar. His secretary is extremely rude, and she lies. Every time you try to call and talk to Brian Hess, she tells you he is not in the office (or so she says). I would not recommend him to anyone. He is a disgrace to the profession. I really hope the Florida Bar Association can do something to help our family.

Highly recommend working with Sarah Hess - she's always on top of it, and catches potential issues with closing before they actually could delay the closing. Great to work with!

Very unprofessional. They will not return calls or answer emails. They failed to do what they promised. The only thing that they are good at is taking your money. I was very disappointed. This is the worst experience that I have ever had. They know or care nothing about customer service! Do not use them unless you just want to give your money away with zero results. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I would rather deal with a snake oil salesman! Stay away from this attorney. Do not use!

Steve Applebaum of Brian Hess Law Offices has been Cyber Sytes, Inc's attorney since we started the business in 1998. He has always been professional, fair-minded and done a thorough job for us. He always has time for us when we call and follows up promptly when needed. The fees are reasonable and Steve seems conscientious of our budget. We trust him to give good advice and always do what is in our best interest.

Sarah Hess is very professional and she communicates very well. Warning... this place closes every day from noon to 1 for lunch. I wish they had a mail slot in the door!
