Boltz has been amazing every step of the way during my car accident. Not only business wise but they actually care while they're keeping up with all they keep up with. Also they really did an amazing job with negotiating down my bills. I truly appreciate all the time and effort they put into my case. You can see it when going through all the paperwork how much work they had to do. Thank you to the whole team and keeping me informed throughout it all and replying back when I called or messaged. I had a Tree Branch come through my Roof over a year ago. I consulted a Private Adjuster who felt the damage was significant enough to submit a claim for a complete roof replacement. State Farm offered to pay for a Roof Patch, which was completely unreasonable. State Harm would not budge through a Mediation attempt. The Private Adjuster suggested hiring Boltz Legal to pursue legal remedies; and I'm certainly glad she did. After hiring Boltz Legal, State Farm upped their offer by FIVE DOLLARS (no I'm not kidding). Brooke and her highly competent Team filed a lawsuit and scheduled depositions. State Farm upped their offer to 10K. No thanks. Brooke and her Team negotiated while making further lawsuit preparations, fearless against an insurance industry giant. Prior to the scheduled hearing Brooke reached an acceptable settlement which minus my deductible would cover the cost of a new Roof. Brooke was very compassionate and showed great empathy while taking on State Farm. I hope nobody has to go through with what I did, but if found in a similar situation, Boltz Legal would-be the place to go!
