I took my mother to her to update her will and ladybird. She completed her updated will but "forgot" to update her ladybird. Since the ladybird supersedes a will, her money from the sale of her house went to probate. Several family members stated that the law is all that matters regardless of what my mother wished as was stated clearly in her will. This destroyed our family that was once a very close family. It will never be the same. I wouldn't use this attorney if she was free. Very ineff!
