Based on my personal experience, Hubert Kyle Fletcher provided extremely inadequate representation. As a court-appointed attorney, he appeared disengaged, unresponsive, and failed to demonstrate meaningful advocacy or due diligence on behalf of his client. While the defendant remained incarcerated, there was little to no communication, action, or visible effort to advance the case or protect the client's rights. It did not appear that he had the resources, structure, or professional setup necessary to handle serious criminal matters--particularly cases involving life-altering or life-sentence consequences. Effective legal representation requires active involvement, preparation, and consistent communication, none of which were demonstrated here. In my opinion, individuals facing severe criminal charges deserve far better representation than what was provided. I would strongly caution anyone relying on court-appointed counsel in serious cases and believe Mr. Fletcher should reconsider continuing to represent defendants where so much is at stake.

This attorney is nothing more than a warm body collecting a paycheck as court-appointed counsel. In my experience, Hubert Kyle Fletcher did absolutely nothing to advocate for his client, allowing them to sit in jail while he pretended to have their best interests in mind. There was a complete lack of urgency, strategy, communication, or due diligence--especially unacceptable in a case carrying life-sentence consequences. Mr. Fletcher appeared wholly unprepared and incapable of handling serious criminal defense work. He does not maintain a legitimate office and relies on his wife as his secretary, which only further highlights the lack of professionalism and resources necessary to represent defendants facing the most severe charges imaginable. When someone's freedom--and potentially their life--is on the line, they deserve active, competent, and relentless legal representation. What was provided here was the opposite. In my opinion, Mr. Fletcher should retire and stop representing defendants in serious felony cases before more lives are irreparably damaged by his lack of effort and accountability. I would strongly warn anyone who finds themselves assigned this attorney: do not assume your rights are being protected.

I have not personally worked with Kyle, but he has talked to be a few times over the phone about my custody case, & issues i have been having with my ex husband & his new wife. He also is great at responding after leaving a voice mail. he also responds to text. I would highly recomend him.

Im homeless and am being screwed over by my boss cuz of it. I called these guys and was on the phone with a Mr Fletcher in 2 min. He's not taking my case but DID give me direct information on what to do. WHO HAS THE BALLS OR COURTESY TO DO THAT THESE DAYS?
