My son suffered a terrible daycare accident in August of 2024 and from the moment I made the first phone call to see if they'll help, they immediately jumped on it and, indeed, confirmed they can help my son and I. The staff is very friendly, very respectful as well. Communication between the firm and I was excellent! Andres, himself, is also a phenomenal lawyer. Very passionate in what he does, and, seeks the best possible outcome for you and your family. They worked quick when filing for a settlement and always kept in communication with me, whether it was a phone call or, via email. There was never lack of communication and that's something some law firms can't agree they have. I appreciate everything Andres did for my son and I, and, I would definitely recommend him to any personal person I know that suffered personal injuries, or, a child, who like mine, suffered because of negligent daycare staff. Cannot recommend Andres highly enough. He was more help to me in the first 10 minutes of speaking to him than the "BIG" firm I had previously hired had been in 4 weeks. Caring, thorough and really knows his stuff. If you're looking to be in good hands, go with this guy!
