Used Jack on two occasions. Both times he was polite, understanding and got the results we wanted at a very reasonable rate. UPDATE: We have referred Jack to two other families. Both exceptionally pleased with the service received and couldn't thank us enough for the referral.

The biggest mistake of my life was going here. This man (not the actual attorney but his assistant) gave me the run around for a year. Come to find out almost everything he told me was a lie. My adjuster did not know that the case was suppose to be close because she had not heard from him in over a month. Every time she'd call him she would not be able to reach him. When he told me that my case was closed, it actually wasn't. I had to find out through the freaking adjuster to find out that what he told me was not true. His excuse for not returning calls or following up with the clients is that he's dealing with thousands of cases and he's swamped with work. BS!!!! Trust me, there's more. Run for the hills and find someone who will work for you. And not just tell you what you want to hear because that sounds better than the truth.
