She took the fees from me last August for a chapter 7 bankruptcy and NEVER filed my case. I asked her many many times after signing the documents why i wasn't receiving anything from the court regarding my hearing and i was told repeatedly "you're fine". When i recently found out it was never filed, and again made many attempts to communicate why my case hadn't gone any further she completely avoided all types of communication and lied right to my face about checking on the filing status that evening and getting back to me. She cost me thousand of dollars by not filing and avoidance for an extended period of time. I'm filing a complaint with the bar association and then taking her to small claims court for what i paid her and including the court fees. The attorney i hired has my case already filed, less than a month after hiring them. Do not pay this woman for legal services. She is not honest and has zero integrity. I've been told not to write this review because she will come at ME with bad reviews for services i provide with my job. I'm doing it any way.
