I submitted a request for a consultation back in June but never received a response. After leaving a review about their lack of communication, I was contacted and offered a free consultation in exchange for removing the review. The consultation itself was unhelpful--McGraw refused to answer specific questions, told me I didn't need legal help for my case, and then ignored follow-up emails requesting clarification on matters discussed during the consult. Ultimately, his dismissive advice regarding my landlord dispute was not only unhelpful but also harmed my ability to handle the case effectively.

I had a disappointing experience with the woman answering the phone at extension 1 (McGraw). I had spoken with someone from the office two days earlier who said I'd receive a follow-up call, but after hearing nothing, I followed up myself. When I called back, I was met with a dismissive tone from the woman who answered. After briefly explaining my situation, I was abruptly told, "We don't do that," with no attempt at further assistance. She did provide the Florida Bar's phone number, which I appreciated, but the call ended with her hanging up on me as I was saying "thank you." Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

People of Ocala - my wife and I finally got around to signing our updated wills (and important ancillary documents) earlier this week (February 2025).
While not the most exciting process, Samantha Rauba was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and took time to walk us through the entire deal.
There are a lot of questions to consider and important decisions to be made and she guided us through and made sure to explain exactly what all those fancy Latin words meant and what exactly we were signing off on.
If you need that sort of thing done for the first time or if you need to update one that's out of date, I would encourage you to give her office a call and get an appointment set up.

*** Buyers Beware *** It took me months to gather my thoughts as to not review this Law Firm hastily. I attempted to resolve this with the Attorney's Office, Realtor and Sellers. Sorry, this review is not short. At the end of September of 2023, my husband and I closed on our first home together. This is just a little 900 sq ft fixer upper to live out our lives in.
You hope and pray that when you buy a home that a Lawyer's Ethical and Moral Code is beyond reproach. Not with this Attorney (Mutarelli), or the closing associate (Samantha). In my Closing documents I was responsible for for the last 3 months of the year, and the Sellers were to pay the 9 months prior. This is in my closing documents in "Black and White". The issue was the "Assessed Taxes". They were not disclosed to us at closing even though the Tax Office when I went in to file Homestead Exemption informed me that Trim Notices were sent out to the Sellers and apparently is "Public" Knowledge, Something that a line of Attorneys, Title Companies, and Realtors would have known and had "Experience" in since this is nothing new in any closing. Just to catch you up (Buyers beware) The taxes at closing were assessed at the prior year $ 482.11. not the 2023 taxes when we actually closed. That meant my taxes for 2023 that I should only have been responsible for jumped from (3) months of the $482.11 owed to $2,555.32 when I went in to file Homestead Exemption. Not *One single person is owning up to this nor taking responsibility as I hate to say it, the little guy remains the underdog. To avoid further penalties, we were forced to pay these taxes, and my only step is not in my budget. This is a very hard lesson for a simple blue collar worker to accept. I guess my moral compass is one of hard work, honesty, and always "Integrity" in all things. No, Life is not fair, and that I can live with, but "Ethical Behavior and "Accountability for what is right in the one thing I have always held most closely to how a person should live their life.

I just closed my 1st loan with MRM Attorneys at Law. I am loving them and especially Samantha Melendez. Closing loans can be complicated and finding a title company that can keep up in this fast changing environment can be difficult. They were quick, responsive and problem solvers AND when I got an email from Samantha that said to close on time "I need the loan package 3 hours prior to closing" and NOT 3 days, I was sold. They get it! As an attorney owned title company that can also represent buyers and sellers and prepare or review contracts.
