Started out with a big dog and pony show and then I gave the retainer and then he went on auto drive and they filed everything under the sun to gobble up retainer as fast as they could once the retainer had a balance of $280 left I got Triggered email or a phone call from them to give them more money. I tried calling and he wouldn't even take my phone call until I gave them another $5000. So we terminated the relationship. After said termination, they continued billing me for whatever the hell And sent me an invoice after the fact for another $800 and they won't remove themselves from the case so that I can actually just settle the divorce on my own. I have a feeling that this probably isn't specifically an issue with this particular attorney and maybe just an issue with attorneys in general but this one will definitely be representative of that issue

Do not hire! I engaged Dale Bernstein for legal representation, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service provided. Poor communication, the process was slow, I had to constantly engage and ask questions to remind them of my case. We spent over $6,000. Additionally, I felt that crucial aspects of my case were overlooked, leading my case to be closed. Did not even take responsibility of the issue, was rude and blamed us. Overall, I did not feel adequately supported. Do not hire!.

Mr. Bernstein and his team demonstrated promptness and expertise in every aspect of my case, doing everything within their power to achieve a swift resolution. While the fees may be on the high side, the quality of knowledge and service provided made it well worth the investment.

After my initial consultation Mr. Bernstein he agreed to represent me in my divorce proceedings, being the respondent and being served with divorce papers caused a certain amount of anxiety for me. I have had an initial consultation with Mr. Bernstein. Has stated to me he bills out at 450.00 an hour which is fine. I am doing an action of paternity and to get basic visitation with my child. Stated he bills in 11 hour increments. Also stated he could get all of this done in those billable hours. Retainer will be approximately 5400.00. Going to be honest, some reviews scare me but I will update as I go. I know some attorneys will take your money and do very little. I am NOT saying Mr. Bernstein is like this but actions speak louder than words. I am working my way towards you Connor. There are many steps, but I still love you more than anyone else in the world. I will love you till the stars burn out.
