If I could give Jon and Erin 10 Stars I would! From the very friendly and knowledgeable staff to how well versed Jon and Erin are in all matters of Family Court. When it came to trial Jon was very good, assertive and firm but nice about it. Even though we did not use everything we brought to trial, he was very effective with the material that was used. Highly recommended and I would refer them to people that I know that might have to go through Family Law issues.

I moved from another law firm to Catey & Maguire and really wish I had sooner! The entire staff at Catey & Maguire was well organized a did a great job of keeping me in the loop of activities, appointments and always answered my questions promptly. I was able to finally get the case finished that had been sitting still for months with my old attorney. Erin and Jon both helped me understand everything, taking time to explain the legal stuff and made me feel that my case mattered. I would highly recommend them to others and while I hope I'll never need to use a family law firm again I will definitely use them! Thank you!

Jon and his staff are top notch, helped my family complete a step-parrent adoption for my two girls. It was quite the battle, but Jon got it done. Thank You for all the hard work.

I can not recommend Catey & Maggie Law enough. I was so stressed out and didn't know where to start. Divorce with 2 small children was something I never thought I'd get through but, Lynna, and the whole staff really made the whole process easier. They were timely and thorough. They went above and beyond making sure to communicate with all parties. Lynna advocated and fought for my family and I to ensure the best possible outcome. I couldn't be happier with how things went. I had high hopes at first, but this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had with ANY organization. Retained this firm to help with what I hoped to be an uncontested divorce....but it was tricky, I didn't know the whereabouts of the respondent. Documents were drafted to me by the legal assistants with numerous proofreading errors, including vehicles listed that I didn't even own (really?) Also, respondent was named petitioner on the document(s), name misspellings--ridiculous things like that, needing correction. The 2 phone appointments I had with L. Comunale were written down in error by the attorney, and I was told, "sorry....uh, I wrote the appointment down for 2pm when it should have been 3".......the other was similar, attorney writing down the time inaccurately.....I called the office and was like, "hey, we have a phone appointment at 1" (see where this is frustrating?). The last straw for me was when I called to f/up with L. Comunale about documents I requested be sent (a few weeks prior) to a new address that I became privy to for the respondent. The attorney who is "supposedly" responsible for my case, had ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE docs were sent, by her own legal assistants, to a new address!!!! It was then that I voiced my complete loss of confidence in the firm and requested the remainder of my unused retainer be sent back to me. She agreed to forward my request to Erin Catey who handles billing. I have to include....there was NEVER ANY discrepancy when it came to money being spent out of my retainer for their "so called" services....how convenient for them! When I received the check for the unused retainer, I was appalled when I opened the envelope and saw that I had been sent someone else's letter/check! The address on the envelope had the correct address, but it contained another client's check! I brought this to the attention of the law firm immediately......more of the same disorganization! Moreover, I had SERIOUS concerns about the breach of private information that was obviously shared by 2 different clients as a result of this mismanagement. I would NEVER AGAIN consider this law firm for anything else going forward. I see alot of positive reviews on this place----this, however, is mine----and it wasn't positive by any stretch of the word. Best wishes in your searches!
