This Lawfirm is on the ball. I'm glad I contacted them. Very attentive. I will update after results. Here are results 11/10/25. Originally they accepted our case, then referred us to a partnering Lawfirm or of course a different company. Get message from them that they will not pursue the matter and recommended we look elsewhere. I hate when I feel good at the beginning to be feeling bad towards the end. Oh well. Time to move from here and go find another firm. Loved their TV commercial about history and being for the people, I guess it's more about the money and simplicity. Very selective Lawfirm.

Front reception needs to learn how to be polite and talk with some courtesy. Went back to simply get paperwork from a previous settlement and got the most unprofessional nasty attitude. Do yourself the favor and choose a local lawyer not these TV commercial producers. Prepare for long delays and a lost sense of expectation throughout your case. definitely a learning experience and eye opener.

Started out strong then once i was transferred to trial case just got worse from there. Over a year now with my case and only talked on the phone 6-8 times ... now getting transferred to another department just want to settle this case at this point . Have Dan on my new case
