Complete Care Melbourne

I have been rocking with Complete Care since my first car accident in 2022. I had to have spinal fusion surgeries on my neck and back that were a fantastic experience. I had zero pain after my surgeries. Fast forward to February of 2025. I was involved in another car accident. Go figure. In Each of my accidents I was the passenger. Because I had such a wonderful experience with the staff and caregivers there, I went back and dealt with them for my second accident. The staff are attentive and make you feel right at home. I would recommend anyone who is involved in a car accident to get care from them. You won't be disappointed. They work seamlessly with you attorney all during the process. It's a great company to get care from.

Everybody seemed really nice and accommodating, except I've never seen a facility such as this, where there were no doctors present ... Ever. I saw two chiropractors and then I was told I was going to meet with the "orthopedic team", which actually turned out to be a nurse practitioner. When I heard this, I switched over to an orthopedic surgeon, who informed me that the brace I was given at complete care, was the wrong kind. They said with my knee injury, I should have been issued a hinged brace. Besides that, the price of $450 for some neoprene and Velcro just seems a little bit outrageous.

I love everything about Complete Care. I go to the one in Melbourne and the staff is just amazing! Tina and Juanita at the front desk are great and such sweet girls! Every single person that works at Complete Care is just so kind, caring and so smart! Also, Dr Jones is also amazing! He really pays attention to what's hurting you and how to make you feel better. I really appreciate this whole staff as a team and really enjoy going there. I definitely recommend this place for your therapy needs!
