I I want to begin by saying that Mr. Sham was NOT my attorney; however, he was my direct point of contact for a real estate transaction. From day one, Mr. Sham spent an ample amount of time explaining the details of the transaction and made sure all of my questions were answered. He picks up his phone every time I call him and does no rush me off the phone like most lawyers do. When he is not available, he calls me back within an hour. He does everything he says he will do, usually the same day. His paralegal, Debbie was also wonderful who is always cheerful. She guided me though the financial transaction (wire transfer) and provided me her personal cell phone number to text her if I had any questions and replies within minutes. Real estate transactions and dealing with lawyers are usually stressful. However, I have not endured an ounce of stress during this transaction. This law firm is highly professional and amicable.
