Hello, This review is for Samantha Huffman and Serrano Cagan & Cagan. I submitted a claim for roof damage to my insurance company, which they denied like all insurance companies do. Luckily I contacted Serrano Cagan & Cagan and luckily they assigned Samantha Huffman to my case. It took a long time because the insurance company will do everything they can do not to pay for a legit claim. My case took 1 1/2 years to get the insurance company to pay for a new roof. Samantha and her team were incredible! They worked their butts off, kept me informed every step of the way, and answered all my questions; and I had a lot of them.
