This law firm is nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise against hiring them. Initially, when you first reach out, Mr. Clark is incredibly engaged and attentive. However, once he has secured your payment, he promptly hands you off to another attorney in the firm and seemingly disappears. The lawyer assigned to your case is difficult to reach and lacks effective communication. Every time you attempt to talk to them, you're forced to schedule a conference call--often a week in advance. Emails go unanswered, and there's an alarming lack of clarity regarding the status of your case. My heartfelt advice to anyone considering this firm is to flee and never look back. They will lead you in circles, draining your funds while charging exorbitant hourly fees without delivering any real value.

I have nothing good to say about this law firm. I hired them based on another lawyer's recommendation, which was a mistake. I engaged them in late August 2025, and since then, they've only sent a certified letter and an email months later. I'm frustrated that I didn't research them first. As other reviews indicate, once they take your money, they seem to disappear and take no action. Every time I want to speak with my lawyer, I have to schedule a conference call for the following week. These calls are rushed and unproductive, leaving me with no results. I strongly recommend researching other firms that genuinely prioritize their clients. I am so disappointed with this firm.

Justin Clark and his team really helped me when things were rough. They were able to get them forgiven in a matter of several months and was able to get me a refund as well! They gave me periodic updates as to the status and was very transparent. This firm sells false hope--promising strong representation to secure payment, then showing little follow-through once they're paid. Communication becomes poor, and case details are often confused or neglected. In my experience, their focus is more on collecting fees than providing real legal support. This firm is more interested in exploiting vulnerable clients than helping them then prioritizing their interests. To the owner: please don't dismiss this as a fake review--you know it reflects the truth. I highly recommend doing thorough research before hiring this firm. Don't wait until you're stuck and disappointed. You deserve Satisfaction not constant Stress after paying your hard earned money to them.
