The process is very complicated. I feel very lucky to have had Kristine as my representative. She has the knowledge of the process that only comes with experience. She was extremely responsive; she spoke with me whenever I had questions. She spent a lot of time with me, explaining every step of the process in detail so that I would know what to expect. This helped a lot in easing my mind and restoring order to what seemed like chaos. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Kristine. I have had the good fortune of having Bichler and Longo work on my behalf on a workers comp issue with my department. I wouldn't know where I would be if not for this firm. After 20 + years of service I was injured at work. Workers comp was great in the beginning then soon pulled the carpet out after finding out all the heart and lung issues caused by and related to the injury. Called Bichler & Longo, did my intake, the next day Mr. Bichler called me and before I knew it I had a pharmacy, I had my medication, I had my original physician reinstated, I had transport to and from my all those ultra convienient 100 mile away workers comp doctors. Most of all I had a team that was fighting for me against this workers comp organization. Bichler & Longo took workers comp to the cleaners. I had several major surgeries taken care of on top of everything else they did and continue to do for my family and I. I truely feel like a valued client when I call the office and Jessica answers.
