I highly recommend Jeffrey Lipps and his staff. Jeffrey and his legal assistant, Hayley , took care of everything related to my auto accident. Reporting this patronizing prick to The Florida Bar is not enough. The good news for you is that this review is here to warn you about this relatively unknown, unprofesssional lawyer. Let's start with his first impressions; being best friends with a Doctor, he uses medical jargon to make it seem like he isn't as ill equipped as he is to handle your case. He will blow smoke up you and say he can get you what your case is worth pre-lawsuit. Once it gets to litigation, that's where you will find out how weak his arguments/counter-argumenta really are. He is easily intimidated by the other side and dismissive to anything you have to say so you are at his mercy. If you already have him as your lawyer, make sure you use every (little) chance you actually get him on the phone to try and catch him on a lie. It's really easy. You will most likely hear from his miserable staff most of the time who are ready and willing to lie with him ranging from what time's he is actually at court to if/when he ever gets the messages you entrust them with. Stay away from this place!

The lady who handle his cases is VERY rude. She has a poor attitude and talks to you ANY kind of way. It's is very unprofessional and poor customer service skills.
