I contacted Andrea DeMichael to represent my niece on an underage sale of alcohol. Andrea met with Rebecca ( my niece) and I and ask questions and advised us of our choices and alternatives in this case. First thing I appreciated about Andrea she never made us feel obligated to hire her. After reviewing our choices we decided to hire Andrea and proceeded with the cost and what she could do for us. Actually the what she could do for us was turned around to what would you like as end result in this case. We told her we would like a diversion program and she responded with then that's we will do. Again no promises were made and all paperwork and waivers were presented in very timely manner. Communication with Andrea was always on time and available. Before you know it the court date is here and a diversion program is the result. I will tell you Rebecca was a mother of 4 and pregnant with her 5th during this time and being able to win this charge with a diversion program was a win win for her as well as her family.
