Absolutely the best radiology facility I've been to!!! I wish all radiology places were like them. It's very clean, staff are super welcoming and friendly. MRI tech, he's awesome, you can see he loves what he does and is very kind, patient and explains each step to put you at ease!!! Definitely recommend!!!
Complete care is a wonderful place to go to they go up and beyond to take care of you. The entire staff is extremely supportive of you and make sure your well taken care of from the front desk to the doctor was a pleasure to be with thank you to the whole entire team that took care of me!
I just want to say the staff is so kind and welcoming and they actually care! Dr. Lopez is wonderful! He adjusted my back and I feel great God bless him!
Staff is inattentive and unprofessional. Hire people that are in the business of caring for others not showing up for a paycheck. Just about everyone besides the doctors are here solely for a check. No friendly greetings when you enter. They wait for you to speak to them. I showed up to my appointment time during office hours, the door was locked. I knocked no answer. I went to my car to call. No answer, when everyone is inside. I returned peering through the door looking at the employees before they decided to open the door for me. If that's not unprofessional I don't know what is. Instead of attending to clients the front desk is laughing on their phones laughing taking pictures of roaches.
The wonderful person I talked to today was awesome. She really listened to me and she helped me so much. I would highly recommend this place because they are caring and compassionate and they want to help you.
